Hi there! I’m Cynthia Hill a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, real food advocate and founder of Prairie Hill Nutrition based in SE Wisconsin. I am so glad you are here!
My mission is to help you experience better health through nutrition by finding the best diet for you. And I don’t mean that dirty little four letter word D-I-E-T! I mean through evaluating you, your lifestyle, your health history, what you eat, and what your goals are. You can enjoy REAL FOOD - nourishing food that tastes good!
WHAT DO I KNOW?
I have been there! As a teenager I struggled with weight gain, weight loss, and became the queen of yo-yo-dieting. I was the first in line for every new diet that came along. After years of extreme dieting and exercise, I began to experience low energy, fatigue, allergies/asthma, dry skin, constipation, food sensitivities and depression. I was a mess and didn’t even know it! I get it - the STRUGGLE IS REAL.
Finding the root cause of my symptoms, identifying and correcting nutritional deficiencies and imbalances has helped me get off the “diet roller-coaster”, reduce symptoms and enjoy better health & well-being.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
I am passionate about sharing the healing power of good food, uncovering nutritional deficiencies, imbalances and identifying food sensitivities. I provide bio-individualized support, testing and customized nutritional recommendation plans along with whole food supplementation suggestions to help you live your best health forward!
